Hey Everyone! As some of you know, I make banners for sigs and things like that. Now, they're not wery good because at the time I only use MS Paint (learning how to use Paint Shop Pro). Ok, I haven't really been posting my newer banners here, but I'll do that with all of my new ones. Also, even if somebody doesn't want anything done by me in their sig, you can still request...I like the practice. Also, Just to let you know, right now I only use MS PAINT, does anyone know of any free paint programs that are better than that.

sarif photoplus 6.0
its free but you will have to go look for it.
its very much like photoshop

i've got photoplus but i get confused with how to do the layers. for mine i use photoimpression 4.0 (it came with my webcam though so im not sure if you can download it)
