Tommy didn't lose his powers as the green ranger??
My biggest wonder is what zords would he have had. a Green Tigerzord doesn't take my fancy that would just look horrible in my opinion. Maybe an Eaglezord to add flying power to the Thunder megazord and then make the Mega Eaglezord. or to stay on the reptile account maybe a lizard or something. A green snake ninjazord would be good to make a sort of headband or belt for the ninja megazord.
Anyways enough of me rambling on what about you guys?

Saban knew that he needed a white ranger for the tigerzord and that he could justify using the green zord for black. I think that everything was done right and tommy needed to loose his green powers.

i would probably agree with that because the white ranger was better suited to the season but i always wondered what zords tommy would of had if he didn't lose the green ranger powers.

That's a good point. As a question about the zords, If the green dairranger had the mastodon zord, was the mastodon green instead of black, and just recoloured in the Saban series.

dairanger didnt have the mastodon it had the lion...if you look close the lion is a green and black zord

saban used a good editing trict to make the footage of the zords changing. However i wish they would have not done that because the role call for the zords was so freeking long that it took almost 4 minutes for them to get into their zords....and the fact that the footage was reused over and over was also bad.

Personally, I liked the individual calling for the Zords. I thought that was cool. I always preferred when Zach, Jason, and Trini called for the Thunderzords over Rocky, Aisha, and Adam. Just sounded cooler. I will say, I didn't like how they used the same poses for all of Season 2, but then for Friend in Need and Ninja Quest, they used completely different poses. That annoyed me, and still does (recently re-watched them and annoyed the crap outta me). I remember as a kid trying to do all the poses while calling for the Zords. I was able to do it for a while. |
