Well on wwe.com it said that the winner of the king of the ring tournament gets to join some elite company, and DX is returning at Vengeance. Also, the main event for ECW One Night Stand II is going to see RVD cashing in his Money In The Bank Briefcase and challene John Cena for the WWE Title. Cena however wins the match and i think this is where WWE plans to turn him Heel.

Will Triple H join the Mr. McMahon Kiss My Ass Club? By Ed Williams III May 29, 2006
If you blinked during RAW, chances are you missed something big. In one of the craziest RAW’s in recent memory, Edge was named the No. 1 contender for the WWE Championship at Vengeance, Mr. McMahon named Jonathan Coachman as his new Executive Assistant, Rob Van Dam and Kurt Angle officially joined the ECW roster as Paul Heyman’s two draft picks, Johnny Nitro and Melina made their RAW debuts, Kane came face to face with…well…himself, and Triple H managed to defeat Kenny and thwart the entire Spirit Squad in the first-ever Spirit Jack Match. But perhaps the most shocking announcement came as RAW was just about to go off the air when Mr. McMahon told The Game he’d be joining the Mr. McMahon Kiss My Ass Club next week.
Mr. McMahon came out to the stage after Triple H managed to overcome the challenge of the Spirit Jack Match and congratulated The Game on his accomplishment. But the announcement that came out of the Chairman’s mouth after that left the King of Kings in a seething rage that made it look like his head would literally explode. Seconds later, RAW went off the air as Triple H was practically frothing at the mouth out of anger inside the ring. Will The Game actually do what Mr. McMahon says and literally kiss his boss’ ass?
WWE.com tried to get a word with Triple H as he left the arena Monday night about Mr. McMahon’s claims that The Game will join the Mr. McMahon Kiss My Ass Club next week at RAW in Pittsburgh. Triple H glared at our reporter and stormed to his car without saying a word.
It’s amazing that Triple H was even able to overcome the Spirit Jack Match. Two weeks after The Game accidentally leveled Shane McMahon with a sledgehammer, and one week after he failed to complete the job and end Shawn Michaels’ career with a blow to the head with his weapon of choice, Mr. McMahon placed The Game in this unique match against Kenny. It was reminiscent of a Lumber Jack Match, but instead of random Superstars surrounding the ring, it was every member of the Spirit Squad. So, essentially it was a 5-on-1 Handicap Match – the same kind of match that put Shawn Michaels out of commission just last week.
In fact, for a while it looked like Triple H was going to suffer the same fate that HBK met last week. On several occasions, Kenny utilized his numbers advantage to gang up on The Game. The Spirit Squad even targeted the same body part that they injured on the Showstopper – the knee. But Triple H was able to persevere. With Kenny primed for an aerial attack on the top rope, Triple H tossed Nicky into the ropes, causing Kenny to fall from his perch. Two other Squad members hopped up on the apron, but The Game quickly disposed of them, and tossed another member to the outside. With no one left to interfere, Triple H leveled Kenny with a Pedigree and picked up the improbable win.
The action didn’t stop there, though. After the match, irate at Kenny’s loss, the Squad ganged up on Triple H and brutally assaulted him. After slamming his head into the announce table, the Squad mocked the fact that Mr. McMahon had taken away his sledgehammer right before the match. Triple H backed himself up toward the announce table, and to the surprise of the Spirit Squad, The Game retrieved a second sledgehammer and sent the men in green and white into a retreat.
In other shocking news, it was announced earlier in the day on WWE.com that Paul Heyman would be granted a draft pick from both RAW and SmackDown for ECW, which is now going global. Before Heyman revealed what his two picks would be, though, he had a face-off with Mick Foley. While Foley said that Heyman resents that he became the biggest star that sports-entertainment has ever seen, Heyman said that Foley had become a cheap-shot taking whore. Foley was able to correctly predict that Heyman’s draft pick from RAW was none other than Mr. Money in the Bank and former ECW Television and Tag Team Champion Rob Van Dam. But Heyman also revealed his SmackDown draft pick, and it was a shocker. Heyman said it was somebody who embodies the new vision of ECW, and that somebody was former WWE and World Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle. Angle stormed the ring and quickly took Foley off his feet and hit him with an Angle Slam. And it seemed all too appropriate that Angle’s mouthpiece sported the word “violence.” Just how violent will the Wrestling Machine become when he goes to the extreme? Only time will tell.
On June 11, Heyman’s RAW draft pick will go one on one against John Cena for the WWE Championship. When RAW hit the air, Mr. McMahon was scheduled to announce the new General Manager for the brand. But after much deliberation and several interviews, The Chairman decided that none of the applicants matched up to his lofty standards. But he did name a new Executive Assistant – Jonathan Coachman. Coachman came out and announced, among a couple other matches, Cena would be in action against an opponent he had never faced before.
It turned out that his opponent was former SmackDown Superstar Johnny Nitro. The former WWE Tag Team Champion and his manager Melina were fired from SmackDown at Judgment Day when Melina slapped General Manager Theodore Long across the face. But they landed on their feet very quickly and now have a new home on RAW. Their debuts weren’t very successful, however. Nitro jumped out to an early advantage, but Cena was able to hit an FU and the STFU to make the newest member of RAW tap out.
During the match Rob Van Dam had been out to provide guest commentary and scout his One Night Stand opponent. RVD went back and forth with Jerry “The King” Lawler trying to explain to him what ECW was all about. In fact, before RVD even came out to the announce table, Lawler had some choice words for another ECW alumnus, and current SmackDown announcer, Tazz. Lawler started to go off on Tazz on WWE.com Unlimited, and when RAW came back on the air, he continued his diatribe.
“Tazz used to be tough. They used to call him the human suplex machine,” said Lawler. “But now he’s just a joke-cracking, King Lawler wannabe. That’s all ECW is – a bunch of wannabes.”
And after Cena was victorious, Mr. Money in the Bank engaged in an intense stare-down with The Champ. While RVD was up on the apron, Nitro came back into the picture and tried to attack Cena. The Champ saw him coming, though, and tossed him into RVD, knocking them both to the outside. Will The Champ once again have the last laugh at One Night Stand? Or will RVD be able to show Cena what ECW is all about and make the WWE Championship the new ECW Championship?
While Cena will put the gold on the line at One Night Stand, RAW’s next pay-per-view, Vengeance, will be taking place in four weeks. With the event being right around the corner, a No. 1 contender match was held between two former WWE Champions – Edge and Big Show. The mammoth Big Show jumped out to an early advantage, but as usual, Lita got involved, trying to help her man Edge. With Big Show’s back turned, Edge brought a steel chair into the ring. Big Show saw it coming and swatted it out of the Rated R Superstar’s hands with his skillet-like fist. Lita countered with a low blow, but Big Show was able to shrug it off and went to chokeslam the Diva. The referee stopped him, but with the official distracted, Edge finally connected with the steel chair and flattened his enormous foe with a vicious spear for the win. At Vengeance Edge will have an opportunity to regain what he feels should still be his – the WWE Championship. But who will it be against – John Cena or Rob Van Dam?
WWE.com grabbed a word with Edge moments after he knocked off Big Show on RAW to become the No. 1 contender for the WWE Championship. “Make sure you tuck the kiddies in early Sunday night, June 25, because on that night Vengeance will be R-Rated,” said an enthusiastic Edge. “I’m the Rated R Superstar, and I’m the No. 1 contender. Look what I did to the World’s Largest Athlete tonight. Imagine what I will do with the gold on the line. It is my year, it is my time!”
In another monster of a match, no pun intended, Shelton Benjamin defended the Intercontinental Championship against Kane. Benjamin used his athleticism to try and keep Kane off balance, but the Big Red Monster’s power seemed to be too much to overcome. Kane caught Shelton in a second-straight splash attempt in the corner and chokeslammed him to the mat with authority. But before he could make the pin attempt, red lights filled the Tacoma Dome, and Kane’s old entrance music hit. With that, what appeared to be a mirror image of Kane, complete with his old mask and ring attire, came to the ring and went face to face with the Big Red Monster. It was as if Kane was looking into his own soul. The mysterious figure hoisted Kane up and sent him crashing to the mat with a vicious chokeslam. Who was the mysterious figure and what does he want with Kane?
Plus, Viscera had revenge on his mind from last week in Las Vegas. It was then that Viscera proposed to Lilian Garcia. Before the RAW ring announcer could give the World’s Largest Love Machine an answer, Viscera was attacked by the Samoan Bulldozer Umaga. This week Viscera cornered Umaga’s manager Armando Alejandro Estrada, and told him that he wanted revenge on the Samoan Bulldozer. Before Viscera could even complete his entrance, though, Umaga ambushed him. Viscera could never recover, and moments later Umaga laid out Big Vis with his patented Samoan Spike to the throat for the win.
Beth Phoenix, who made her first RAW appearance a few weeks ago to join forces with Trish Stratus against Mickie James, saw her first in-ring action. With Trish by her side, Phoenix teamed up with Torrie Wilson to take on Victoria & Candice who also had Mickie James in their corner. Phoenix put on an impressive display and showed that she is a force to be reckoned with in the Women’s Division when she pinned Candice for the win – much to the chagrin of Women’s Champion Mickie James.
It was a jam-packed week on RAW, and Mr. McMahon’s new Executive Assistant was very pleased with the show and his first night on the job. WWE.com caught up with Jonathan Coachman after RAW went off the air.
“I am so thrilled Mr. McMahon has chosen me to be his right-hand man. I will not disappoint the boss or my many fans. RAW will be exciting, unpredictable and cutting edge,” said Coachman. “Look what I brought to all the great RAW fans my first night on the job: Kane vs. Shelton for the Intercontinental Championship, Big Show vs. Edge for the No. 1 contender slot for WWE Championship and even Cena vs. Johnny Nitro. I was also directly responsible for ‘persuading’ Melina to sign on with RAW and bring Nitro with her. Wait until you see what Mr. McMahon and I have in store for you next week on RAW.”
RESULTS Intercontinental Champion Shelton Benjamin vs. Kane (no-contest) Umaga def. Viscera Beth Phoenix & Torrie Wilson def. Victoria & Candice Triple H def. Kenny (Spirit Jack Match) WWE Champion John Cena def. Johnny Nitro (non-title) Edge def. Big Show (No. 1 Contender Match)

Credit to Wrestlingobserver.com for the following:
Dark Match; Sylverster Turkay d. Scotty 2 Hotty with some awful looking front chokeslam. Scotty was mad over.
Velocity
1) Tatanka d. John Williams with a spinning side slam. Ohhhh boy T-T-T-T-T-Tatanka was ovvvvvver. He's new music is god-awful, that and the fact that he can't do the war dance anymore really hurt my markout experience.
2) Gunner Scott d. Simon Dean with a overhead belly to belly. Don't quite know what to make of Gunner they kind of need to give him some sort of personality because everyone was like 'hmmmm'
3) Mexicools d. London/Kendrick (non-title) when Psicosis rolled up Kendrick, grabbed the tights and held the rope. Super Crazy is a great performer he kept the crowd into it and turned the 50/50 toward the Mexicools. It was all handshakes. Crazy and Kendrick had a great opening but the match kind of went south when London and Psicosis got in.
4) Gregory Helms d. Some jobber with a red mohawk and his last name was star. Baaaaaaad match.
Then Tony Chimel tells us the MIZZZZZZZ is our new host of SmackDown, basically he just introduces main events and stuff. I guess. He announced that Kurt Angle would be facing Rey Mysterio in his 'farewell match', that Lashley would face King Booker in a non title match and Piper's Pit with Khali
SMACKDOWN SMACKDOWN SMACKDOWN
Pyro, no ramp, Paul Heyman guest announces the first match...
1) Kurt Angle d. Rey Mysterio by countout in about 18 minutes. Angle got a huge pop coming out with mad 'YOU SUCK' treatment. Rey was mad over too. The match was pretty good, I can't give out star ratings but both were over. Angle played the heel and the crowd agreed. There was a great sequence toward the end where Rey went for the 619 but Angle caught him, dragged him to the middle of the ring to lock in the Ankle Lock but Rey rolled through and rolled him up. Angle kicked out at 2 but the crowd thought it was for sure over. Me included. Angle then hit Rey with a overhead belly to belly from the ring to the floor and Rey didn't make the count. Ew finish. They shook hands.
BATISTA IS COMING BACK.....in 38 days
Backstage segment with Nunzio, his match with Matt Hardy is next. But he can't find Vito. OH NO! He wonders if the rumors have gotten to his head because he needs him in his corner for his big match.
2) Matt Hardy d. Nunzio via Twist of Fate. Pretty good ovation for Hardy but the crowd just kind of sat on this match. Seemed to be burned out. Matt f'd up pretty bad, he went to do is second rope YELLLLLL but he fell backwards and tried to catch himself but just kinda fell to the apron. It will be edited but it was weird. Hardy wins, then VITO comes out in a black dress and massages Nunzio's back. Nunzio turns around and FREAKS the F OUT. Vito walked pretty good in heels.
What is Vince McMahon's fetish with having dudes in drag in Portland. Unforgiven 04 it was Stevie Richards now this. Dang.
Next was Piper's Pit. Piper got a great ovation and the crowd was alllllllllll over everything he said. Khali is a BIG MOTHER. I was like damn. Piper tried to tell him that the Undertaker was tough, Khali got mad went to choke him, Daivari stopped him, he got slapped and then Khali hit THE CHOP OF DOOM on Piper.
For the second straight year the RAW DIVA SEARCH winner goes to SMACKDOWN. Yep Ashley's on SmackDown. That led to
3) Jillian Hall (whose fake pecs are MASSIVE) d. Kristal Marshall in a nice little match. For them. Jillian blocked Kristal's victory roll attempt for the win.
And then Torrie Wilson's old "You're Not Enough For Me" theme hit and everyone popped cause they thought it was her. Not. It was Michelle McCool doing her best Miss Hancock impression. She said everything is going to get HOTTER.
Hmmm
SOMEBODY GON' GET THEY ASS KICKED. Mizzzzark Henry came out and I stood up and cheered. My section was not happy.
4) Henry destroyed Paul Burchill, pinned him after two World's Strongest Slams. And then gave him the Benoit Beatdown. Guess Burchill finally is getting that surgery.
5) Finlay beat a jobber named Caden Matthews pretty easily. It made his friends mad. Then he got the MIDGET which got a POP and was actually pretty funny. He used him as a weapon yadda yadda yadda. But the best part was after the beatdown...he PUT HIM BACK UNDER THE RING!
They did the "show the arena get everyone to yell" but it was interrupted by an ECW One Night Stand thing. Thennnn a graphic showed that at ONS it will be Rey vs. Sabu for the World Heavyweight Championship. That was followed by a Sabu video.
And then...King Booker. William Regal, bless his heart came out and said "All Hail King Booker". Then King Booker came out (minus old music, insert royal music, minus King Mable remix) and was so in the role it was great. The whole entrance Regal was saying "All Hail King Booker".
Booker than sat on this throne and gave a little speech. Afterwards Regal continued with "All Hail King Booker" before Lashley came out to a great pop. He's gonna be huge.
6) Lashley d. Booker T with a running powerslam. Not very long match, even for the most part. Booker went for the side kick, Lashley caught him, put him up for the powerslam and hit it.
Lashley was getting up when Regal came from behind and attacked him. Booker was cheering when all of a sudden Lashley started to come back. Enter Finlay. The three beat Lashley down (a good one where Lashley kept trying to fight back) and then Booker demanded they put the throne in the ring. He sat on the throne and told Finlay and Regal to make Lashley bow to him (of course unconscious). He did. Then Booker told them to "make that sucka kiss my foot". He did.
Finally the music hits and Finlay and Regal leave. Booker is in the ring doing these kinda fruity twirls and Queen Sharmell is going "All Hail King Booker" non stop. Half way to the back, Regal comes BACK out and takes over. His mannerisms were classic. And Booker and Sharmell went through the curtain but Regal stayed and continued with the All Hail King Booker.
Then he left.
And did it one more time. It was great.
Then people starting leaving, I wanted to tell them not to go but hey that's their perogative.
Theodore Long came out to a big pop and was 'thuggin and buggin' in the ring before he grabbed the mic and announced the main event. A handicap match.
Hmmmm went the crowd.
First was Mizzzark. He was followed by the Great Khali.
I thought to myself "wow they are gonna kill Rey."
Thankfully it was the Undertaker
Dark Main Event
Undertaker d. Mark Henry/Great Khali when Khali got caught in the ropes and Taker chokeslammed Henry. The funniest part was the interaction between Henry and Khali. Henry wanted in first but Khali was like 'NUH UH" and just did his chop motion. Ref bump, Daivari goes to interfere, Piper stops him. Then the finish.
All in all pretty entertaining.

I can agree that it was a great week but mind you though i was slightly dissapointed with smackdown a bit. I do appreciate that they have had to do a lot of last minute re-writes of the script due to a lot of injuries and with ecw becoming the 3rd official brand of WWE, but they are still lacking ideas for storylines. Last year they pulled off some great moves but lately they seem to be finding it difficult to come up with stuff to be developed.

Kiss this By Louie Dee June 5, 2006
All last week, it was assumed that Triple H would be kissing Mr. McMahon’s ass on RAW. But at the end of the night, it was the WWE Chairman and his son Shane who were kissing the mat after being outsmarted by the Cerebral Assassin.
All night, Triple H was adamant that he would not kiss the Chairman’s ass. Shane McMahon tried to calm him down, telling him to go talk to Mr. McMahon. When he did, the Chairman offered him a potential reprieve: defeat the Big Show and the whole thing will be called off. The Game agreed, but as soon as the match began, the Spirit Squad came out and attacked Big Show on the floor to draw a disqualification against Triple H. Furious, The Game barged into Mr. McMahon’s office and asked him why he sent the Squad out there. The Chairman played it off, but if you ask me, the coy way he told Triple H that there was no alternative suggests that he knew damn well what was going to happen.
Right before the ass kissing was set to commence, Shane once again visited The Game’s locker room. Just like his sister Stephanie did to Shawn Michaels months ago, Shane tried to slip a mysterious substance into The Game’s water. Somehow Triple H knew this was happening, and as Shane turned away to call Mr. McMahon The Game switched their drinks, leaving Shane to drink the contaminated beverage.
Triple H played it cool, even feigning passing out as he was set to kiss Mr. McMahon’s ass. At that point the Chairman, who had told The Game repeatedly that there was no malice to his demands, became belligerent and berated Triple H. After dropping his trousers, the boss told Shane to set up The Game for his duty…but the prodigal son instead passed out from the spiked drink. Mr. McMahon saw this, and as he turned around to investigate he saw The Game back on his feet. The Chairman tried to pull up his pants but Triple H stopped him. It looked like he would go through with it, but instead, he kicked Mr. McMahon in the stomach and dropped him with a Pedigree. As The Game stood tall over the McMahons, Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler were left on commentary wondering just what the repercussions of Triple H’s actions will be. How will Mr. McMahon react after his plan to have Triple H join the Kiss My Ass Club backfired in his face?
It was a hostile environment for John Cena on RAW as well, as he and Rob Van Dam officially signed the contract for their WWE Championship Match at ECW One Night Stand. Prior to signing, RVD told Cena that it was only six days until he won the WWE Championship and renamed it the ECW World Championship. Paul Heyman then told The Champ that he was walking into a unique environment this Sunday, one with a rabid fan base that can’t wait to boo him out of the Hammerstein Ballroom. Unfazed, Cena reminded RVD and Heyman of what he’s been through as champion before signing the contract and wishing RVD luck. Before he could leave, however, Heyman told Cena that he had brought some people to give him a taste of ECW; at that point, Balls Mahoney, Terry Funk, Tommy Dreamer and Sandman came to the ring from the crowd. Cena said he would go down swinging and attacked the ECW contingent, but a cane to the head from Sandman dropped the WWE Champion. The ECW team proceeded to destroy Cena, with Sabu driving him through a table with his signature Atomic Arabian Facebuster. Nearly a dozen RAW Superstars ran out from the locker room to help their champion, but with the damage done the ECW contingent high-tailed out of the ring and left through the crowd.
Another match was made official for this Sunday as well when Kurt Angle’s open challenge was answered. The Wrestling Machine came out to see his hometown Pittsburgh fans, but was cut off by Mick Foley. The two traded barbs back and forth, with Angle calling Foley “Mrs. Foley’s hairy little prostitute” and Foley chiding Angle for stealing his cheap pop. Mick then introduced Edge, a man who holds several victories over Angle. The Rated-R Superstar compared Angle to the lowly Pittsburgh Pirates and told him that he would be miserable in ECW, citing Angle walking out on ECW in 1996. The Wrestling Machine disagreed, telling Edge that he would change the face of ECW because no one else could do this…which is when he tripped Edge and went for the Ankle Lock. Foley broke it up, but after he took an Angle Slam for his trouble, the Wrestling Machine did apply the Ankle Lock to Edge. Lita was able to pull him out of the ring, and as Angle stared the hardcore trio down, Randy Orton stunned everybody by coming out of the crowd and dropping Angle with an RKO. Immediately afterwards on WWE.com Unlimited the Legend Killer accepted Angle’s open challenge for One Night Stand, reminding the fans that Angle had broken his ankle in April and it took 60 days for him to get his payback.
In another ECW development, Jerry Lawler accepted Tazz’ challenge for a match this Sunday night. “The King” said there was nothing bad about Tazz except his announcing skills, and that while he may have choked everyone out in his career, choking is illegal in a wrestling match. After accepting the challenge, Lawler told Tazz that he would make sure ECW One Night Stand was his last stand.
It was a good night, however, for Carlito and Johnny Nitro. Early in the show, Carlito got a victory over Shelton Benjamin in a non-title match, pinning the Intercontinental Champion after a back cracker. In my mind, that victory should catapult Carlito up the rankings into position to challenge Benjamin for the gold. As for Nitro, he got his first RAW victory by defeating Charlie Haas…but not without a little help from Melina. As Haas had Nitro in the corner, Melina ran into the ring and faked spraining her ankle. As Haas turned to investigate, Nitro rolled him up and used a handful of tights to get the victory. While Melina may have faked an injury, a RAW Diva actually was injured during the match; Lilian Garcia suffered a sprained wrist before the match when she was inadvertently knocked off the apron while Haas ran the ropes.
The RAW Diva injury count increased to two later on when Beth Phoenix took on Victoria with Trish Stratus and Mickie James at ringside. Beth looked to have the match won when James jumped on the apron, but Trish pulled the Women’s Champion down to allow the match to continue. Victoria rolled Beth up and tried to use her tights to pin her, but the newest RAW Diva escaped and nailed Victoria with a sit-down slam to earn the victory. Somewhere during the scuffle, however, Beth suffered a fractured lower jaw and was taken to a local medical facility for further examination. It has been determined that Beth will need oral surgery, which is a tough break; not only is she a hottie, but she was also on a roll following her official RAW debut two weeks ago.
While some Superstars had a good night and others had a bad one, Kane had what can best be described as a bittersweet RAW. The Big Red Monster took on Lance Cade and pretty much destroyed the former World Tag Team Champion. Before he could pin him after a chokeslam, the lights dimmed and a voice told Kane to “come to the back if you want to find me.” Kane stormed to the locker room, which gave Cade a win by countout. When the Big Red Monster got to the back, he screamed for the voice to come out; the lights flickered, and when they returned the mirror image of Kane was once again behind him. When “Kane” came up behind the Big Red Monster he attacked, sending him into a wall and knocking him out by throwing a garbage can at his head. Once again, the commentators were left speechless by the bizarre turn of events. Cade and Trevor Murdoch weren’t speechless, however, as later on WWE.com Unlimited Murdoch crowed that Cade’s victory was only the beginning and they would be the next World Tag Team Champions. I hate to burst your bubble Trevor, but you didn’t win anything, and if you do get a chance at the World Tag Team Championship, it won’t change hands on a countout. Although now that I think about it, rednecks vs. cheerleaders is a match I’d pay to see.
And while school may be nearly out for summer, the learning is just beginning for Eugene. Prior to their match, Matt Striker asked Eugene if he did not learn his lesson from the last time Striker beat him in the ring. The special Superstar told his teacher that he had found a tutor, bringing “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan from the locker room. Apparently the tutoring worked, as Eugene defeated Striker using Hacksaw’s signature three-point stance clothesline. A frustrated Striker attacked Eugene after the match, tossing him into the ring steps. Hacksaw came to break it up and look after Eugene, but he was blindsided by Umaga. The Samoan Bulldozer ran Hacksaw into the ringpost, and after dropping a flying headbutt on Hacksaw, Umaga dropped him with the Samoan spike. Armando Alejandro Estrada then grabbed a microphone and told Duggan that while he may be a hero and a legend, he had just become the latest victim of the Samoan Bulldozer.
RESULTS Carlito def. Intercontinental Champion Shelton Benjamin (non-title match) Big Show def. Triple H (DQ) Eugene def. Matt Striker Lance Cade def. Kane (Countout) Johnny Nitro def. Charlie Haas Beth Phoenix def. Victoria

Velocity:
Funaki d. Mike Knox. Funaki was very over with the Wheeling crowd, and this match wasn’t a total squash because Knox got quite a bit of offense in.
Tatanka d. Seth James. Tatanka got a nice reaction.
Gunner Scott d. Colt Cabana. Colt Cabana came to the ring dancing, which got a good laugh. Cabana had major heat, though there was a group of people on the upper level who started a “Colt Cabana” chant.
The Pitbulls (Kid Kash & Jamie Knoble) d. Sterling James Keenan & Jon Bolen. The Pitbulls got a nice reaction, though I myself wasn’t too keen on giving them that particular name.
Matt Hardy d. Simon Dean. Crowd was into this one. There were a few Simon chants nearby me, but once Matt came out the place exploded.
Smackdown:
William Regal came out and started talking about what happened to Lashley last week while a video played of it. He then started the “All Hail King Booker” thing again, which was interrupted by Lashley attacking him for a pop.
Psicosis w/Super Crazy d. Brian Kendrick w/Paul London. Great match with an awesome ending with Psicosis catching Kendrick off the top rope with a modified belly-to-belly suplex. Afterwards, Great Khali came out and destroyed them all, but nobody gave it much of a reaction.
Vito (wearing a white dress) d. Nunzio. Besides a small ‘Little Guido’ chant and a lot of booing after Vito won, no one really cared. This was basically a squash, and a rehash of the Regal/Birchill storyline at the same time.
Bobby Lashley d. William Regal via count-out. Booker and Sharmell sat in the throne up at the top of the stage after Sharmell did the All Hail King Booker thing as Booker came out, which was annoying as her voice is irritating. Regal dominated throughout the early going, but the match ended when Regal started being fought back against before knocking Lashley over the top rope. Regal then grabbed a chair and tried to hit him with it, but got speared in mid-swing for the count-out victory.
Mark Henry d. Raymond Rowe in a squash match. Mark Henry got some heat, and some guy behind me tried to start a Mark Henry chant.
Mr. Kennedy d. Scotty 2 Hotty in his return match. Crowd was really behind Kennedy following the two hype videos that’d aired earlier in the night. Scotty got in some offense but it was basically a squash.
Smackdown Bikini Contest w/ Ashley, Jillian, Kristal, and Michelle McCool McCool refuses to disrobe. Ashley got a very nice reaction, Jillian got virtually nothing, and Kristal got a fair amount of cheers.
Backstage, Chavo asked Rey if he was going to go to ECW tonight. Rey said he’d decided, and Chavo let him know that he’d be behind him either way. Rey asked if he’s reconsidered quitting, and then told him “Never say never” before walking off while Chavo stared on.
Michael Cole came out for an interview with Rey Mysterio to find out his choice. Tazz got up from the broadcast table and started talking about how he has decided that he is going back to ECW where he belongs. Paul Heyman came out next to a mixed response.
That led to Rey Mysterio coming out and saying that he’s decided to stay with Smackdown. Heyman told him he respects him, and said good luck because he’ll need it.
Finlay d. Rey Mysterio in a non-title match when Sabu distracted Rey while going for a 619, causing Rey to take him out and giving Finlay long enough to shillelagh Rey in the stomach and hit the Emerald Frusion. The leprechaun got a nice reaction. I had tried to start a Leprechaun chant when Finlay came out, but nobody had any clue what I was talking about. A few people started chanting it once the leprechaun made itself known though.
After the match, Finlay left and Sabu got up, hitting Rey with a chair before setting the chair up in the ring and laying Rey on a table outside before doing his classic running dive through it. Rey continued to sell the bump really well after taping had ended.
Dark Match:
The Undertaker d. Mark Henry & The Great Khali Khali got caught up in the ropes while Undertaker chokeslammed Henry for the win.

i lke the fact that JR is back...not sure how long he has been back but i was watching clips and heard him...im glad of that. I really hope that we somehow see WWE split the three companies and run more shows. I would be kick ass if WWE, ECW and WCW all ran shows. This would create so much more ecitement and would be a way to generate more ratings. in the 90s if you looked at the top ten rated shows on the air 7 of them were wrestling. now WWE has a real problem staying on top of the monday night rankings and they usally never crack the top five with smackdown. It seems odd that valocity and heat are internet shows but oh well they arnt that great only being an hour long.
tna needs a second hour to be competitive and they need to goto live monday or friday nights...but i really wish we had wrestling on MONDAY WED. THURS. Friday and Saturday nights again. That would get people more interested...and a monday night war would really heat things up.
