The yellow ranger's suit was originally male. That's what he means. I honestly think they should have atleast try to edit it or make another, but then they would have to reshoot footage and go over budget.

the pilot accually used a male for the yellow ranger but i guess 2 girls 3 guys made more sence than 4 guys 1 girl....hmmm wonder why ninja storm didnt do that?
