Titan Megazord/Centaurus Wolf Megazord

I'm wondering how the rangers were still able to form the titan Megazord after Koragg took their combination powers. Was it because of Nick helping Catastros that the powers got split in half meaning they could both combine?

Also I noticed there is a similarity between one of the calls. The rangers use Magical Source Mystic Force and Koragg uses Dark Source Evil Force or the other way around.

After they destroyed the creature who had their megazord powers. The powers simply returned to them. Making it possible to form the titan megazord again. And no. The Centaurus Phoenix Megazord was formed when the Red Ranger tames the legendary Catastros, he combines with it as the Mystic Phoenix to form the Centaurus Phoenix Megazord. The Centaurus Phoenix Megazord uses fire power to increase the fury of Catastros' tail. But that doesn't mean that they are allies.

Also Koragg did not take their powers for the use of forming his own megazord because he simply already could. He took it so he'd be able to defeat the rangers more swiftly and be able to go after the red ranger without the rest of the team coming to his aid.
