that even if you have a full staff of people you still have to do everyones job. Tonight at work (im typing this at work) I had a full staff but yet I was the one that had to sweep, mop and windex windows. And Im the manager.

i know what you mean. my dad used to work at vodafone in brindley place (Birmingham England) and he was doing ppls jobs who where higher ranked than him. They offered him another job when it got closed down and he said on some conditions n they never gave it him. basically they couldn't afford him. LMAO
